We cordially invite you to join us for the outcome of the residency and the presentation of Kitchen Under Clover, a project by resident artist Jagoda Dobecka.
Kitchen Under the Clover has focused on collecting recipes for dishes that bring us a sense of comfort, while also creating a personal archive of memories, emotions, and experiences associated with food.
Over the course of her residency, Jagoda Dobecka has collected recipes for dishes that bring us a sense of comfort, working with the guests and contributors to create a personal archive of memories, emotions, and experiences associated with food. Using these collections as inspiration, she has compiled a recipe book that will be displayed at the event, together with a selection of foods made from the recipes it contains. We look forward to sharing and connecting with you.
Jagoda Dobecka is a visual artist and researcher from Poland. She graduated from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław and completed her doctoral studies at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. In her work, she explores themes of sadness, nostalgia, and longing, focusing on collective experiences of loss and the search for forms of safety and connection. She is particularly interested in utilitarian artistic strategies that create space for building relationships and reevaluating social hierarchies. Through workshops, temporary events, and gatherings, she creates ephemeral situations that foster shared experiences.
To attend the communal dinner, please reserve your place in advance by emailing rezidence@pragovkagallery.cz no later than 16 June 2026.
